3. Shipping& Delivery

  • Pre-Order Items: Items labeled as Pre-Order are made-to-order or part of limited releases. The estimated shipping timeframe for these products is 1–2 months from the order date. This extended period accounts for production and quality assurance processes.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Deléon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or other factors beyond our control.
